YourSpace has successfully advisedRaxio Data Centres in leasing 225 m² of serviced office space at Co Office on the 20th floor of The Pulse at Hildegard von Bingenstraat in Amsterdam Zuidas.
Raxio Group is Africa's leading carrier-neutral data centre operator. Founded in 2018, the company develops and operates Tier III-certified data centres across seven African countries, including Angola, Côte d'Ivoire, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Tanzania and Uganda. The company is experiencing significant growth: in April 2025, Raxio secured $100 million in financing from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and in October 2025, the company opened Angola's largest data centre.
For establishing their European headquarters, Raxio sought a location befitting their international ambitions. YourSpace, together with Fabio, scoured the Amsterdam market for the ideal office space. The choice fell on Co Office in The Pulse: an iconic, circular building in the heart of the Zuidas with panoramic views, BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications, and access to the rooftop forest on the eighth floor. The excellent accessibility via Amsterdam Zuid station - with direct connections to Schiphol Airport - was a key factor for an internationally operating company like Raxio.
